Cars listed by owners and licensed dealers — AEUC is the marketplace, not the vehicle seller.
Browse vehicles, contact sellers, make offers, and learn about possible vehicle financing structures. Ownership, title transfer, dealer obligations, taxes, financing, warranties, inspections and registration remain with the actual parties and properly authorized providers.
Private Seller Listings
Owner/authorized seller certification, VIN, mileage, title/lien disclosures, condition details, photos and contact workflow.
Dealer Listings + Ads
Dealer license and applicable FTC Buyers Guide readiness are required. Paid placement must be marked Sponsored/Advertisement.
Creative Auto Finance
Learn seller financing, installment sales, lease structures, trade + cash and traditional financing. Contract execution remains locked.
Vehicle Automated Auctions
Automated vehicle auctions remain disabled until AEUC verifies applicable licensing or exemption requirements.
Vehicles for Sale
Legal operating rules built into AEUC Auto
Automated bidding for ordinary marketplace goods
AEUC can operate an Internet auction listing service when users set the description and price and the system runs the online bid process. AEUC should not represent the software as a licensed human auctioneer.
Vehicle auctions for multiple owners in Illinois
Keep disabled unless AEUC or the participating operator fits a statutory exemption or holds the required Illinois commercial vehicle auctioneer/dealer license.
Private-owner vehicle listings
AEUC can provide listing, messaging and offer tools while the titled owner remains the seller and handles title transfer and legally required disclosures.
Licensed dealer listings
Require dealer-license information and applicable dealer disclosures. Used-car dealers generally must comply with the FTC Used Car Rule and Buyers Guide requirements.
Dealer advertising
Paid placement must be clearly labeled Sponsored or Advertisement and must not make misleading price, warranty, inspection or financing claims.
