AEUC Studios • Creator Money

Rights, splits, royalties & earnings

The money center is designed to answer four questions for every project: who owns the master, who owns the composition, which agreement controls each revenue source, and exactly how money is allocated.

Direct Marketplace sales

Track customer purchases of eligible creator products/content and allocate only the revenue AEUC actually receives.

AEUC Records

Account for label revenue using the signed artist/project agreement, including expressly documented recoupment where applicable.

AEUC Publishing

Track publishing administration/licensing only for works covered by a separate publishing agreement.

Licensing & Sync

Record license income for film, TV, games, advertising and other approved uses, then apply the governing agreement/split.

Creator services

Separate service fees from royalties so creators can see what AEUC charged and why.

External royalties

Record/import statements for outside royalty sources without claiming AEUC collected money it did not receive.

Project split sheet

Each applicable revenue pool gets its own documented 100% allocation. Artist, producer, songwriter, featured artist, label, publisher and other participants are added only when the underlying agreement gives them a share. Master and composition splits are never silently combined.

Creator statement

Statements will show source, period, gross received, deductions, agreement/split version, creator share, adjustments, available amount and payout history. AEUC-owned revenue stays separate from money owed to creators.

Payout readiness

Automatic production payouts remain locked until identity/tax onboarding, payment-provider configuration, signed agreements, refund/chargeback handling and end-to-end payout testing are complete.

Beta safeguard: this page documents the Studios accounting architecture; it does not promise that AEUC currently collects every royalty type. External royalty sources are identified separately until a valid collection/distribution relationship exists.
