Artist application will collect

• Artist/legal name and contact information
• Artist bio, genre, location and career goals
• Music/demo links and release history
• Social/audience information
• Current label, manager, publisher or distribution relationships
• Master and songwriting ownership disclosures
• Collaborators and existing agreements
• Desired AEUC relationship

Before any deal becomes binding

• Deal terms must be written clearly
• Master rights and publishing rights are handled separately
• Splits must total 100% for the applicable revenue pool
• Collaborators approve their documented splits
• Advances/recoupment must be expressly stated
• Payout/tax onboarding must be completed where required
• Final agreements should receive appropriate legal review
