AEUC Credit Intelligence
Issue Playbooks
Choose the type of issue, confirm the facts, attach evidence, then route it into the correct strategy. AEUC does not automatically turn a book tactic, bureau mismatch, or negative account into a dispute.
Issue Router
Tell AEUC what kind of credit problem this is.
This is the decision gate before the Automatic Case Wizard. Verified Report Signals can preload the issue and your confirmed recognition/accuracy decision, but you still review every fact here.
AEUC Recommendation
Collection account review
Collections may require separate analysis of reporting accuracy, ownership, collector communications, and validation rights.
Next steps
- 1. Confirm the collector, original creditor, balance, dates, and whether you recognize the debt.
- 2. Add supporting statements, notices, letters, receipts, or other records to Evidence Vault before escalating.
- 3. Use Strategy Lab to choose validation, factual reporting dispute, cease-communication, settlement review, or another supported route.
Safety checks
- • Do not dispute information you know is accurate just because it is negative.
- • Parser mismatches and book examples are review signals, not proof of a legal violation.
- • No letter, complaint, fraud claim, or identity-theft claim should be sent without confirming the facts and current law.
